It is ChatFriends.co.uk's policy to keep members email addresses private. Member Email addresses will not be displayed to any other person or in public. Moderators/Admins of ChatFriends do not have access to member email addresses or details provided during the registration process.
Should a security problem arise, we will do our very best to address any issue/s immediately. In the event of data loss or system malfunction, ChatFriends will not be held responsible for any file loss or loss of earnings whilst using our service.
The ChatFriends website may contain advertising links to other websites. ChatFriends is not responsible for the security practices of the websites that are linked from our site. We highly recommend that visitors check the privacy statements at these linked sites.
5. User Statistics
ChatFriends uses a third party website called Statcounter.com to monitor site usage from search engines. This service also stores users IP addresses, browser types and device types being used to access our services.
6. File Transfer Safety
We use all security measures on our servers in order to prevent the loss of data, inaccurate use of information, as well as file damage. Files saved for transferring are available for viewing only to ChatFriends representatives or via the link that is given to the User who uploaded the file.
Third party advertising may be displayed from time to time in various sections throughout our website to non VIP members.
8. International Individuals
Anyone using ChatFriends and it's related services outside of the United Kingdom acknowledges that personal information will be collected, stored, and used by ChatFriends in the United Kingdom. As such, you agree to the transfer and storage of information in the United Kingdom.

Please do NOT:
- Harass, be disruptive, offensive or abusive towards our members or staff.
- Treat members any different to how you would treat someone in a real life situation.
- Share personal information in the main chat rooms. If you really want to share your details, please do this in a private message (at your own risk).
- Spam/share any other chat room website, social media account or any other URL's! In our Public/VIP rooms. We know our chat room is safe and would like our members to remain in a safe environment.
- Upload images of a sexual nature or images that are too revealing in your profile or in main chat.
- Ignore our staff and moderators, as volunteers they work very hard to make sure your chat experience is awesome.
- Type in any other language apart from English. This is a UK chat website only.
